Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original designer box and shipping mailer, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our studio.
